About the Role

Ridge Capital Group is seeking a driven and people-focused Mortgage Associate to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about real estate, finance, and helping clients achieve their homeownership and investment goals. You'll be trained and mentored by experienced loan professionals, with clear opportunities to grow into a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively connect with borrower leads and referral partners to understand their lending needs.
  • Present, promote, and explain mortgage products and services in a professional, consultative manner.
  • Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships through consistent communication and service.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth processing and exceptional client experience.
  • Manage leads, track progress, and follow up to achieve personal and team funding goals.
  • Continuously learn lending products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends to provide expert guidance.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple clients at once.
  • A passion for helping people and an interest in real estate or financial services.
  • Openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve.
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus — but not required; we'll train the right person.
