Cambridge is a full service property management company specializing in condominium and homeowner associations. Our ability to view the needs of each individual association, allows us to offer personalized service at prices that are affordable.

At Cambridge, a team spirit prevails. Careful coordination and support of our office staff provides continuity and responsiveness in our services. Our office staff functions quickly and with precision. Phone inquiries are answered immediately, any problems that may arise, receive same day attention, and after hour emergencies are handled by Cambridge Management employees.

All accounting and data processing is done in-house on state-of-the-art computer systems by well trained professionals.

Duties:

  • Become the primary point of contact for all homeowner and Board member inquiries via e-mail and phone, representing the company in a polite, professional and courteous manner.
  • Compose letters regarding homeowner inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner information, lease agreements, and property maintenance history, etc.
  • Assist property managers with the preparation of mailings, annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with Board members, property owners, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or property administration is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in data entry and use of property management software (e.g. Enumerate) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with homeowners, vendors and contractors to resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate effectively.

Compensation:

  • $20-25 per hour
  • Salary is negotiable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
