Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, courteous and compassionate guest services for guest while meeting the IHG Standard and Hotel Guidelines
  • Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customer in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service
  • Park and retrieve vehicles with care
  • Immediately secure keys and able to run fast to retrieve cars
  • Work closely and assist other teams at the Hotel as needed

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess valid driver license with Motor Vehicle Records ("MVR") meeting Hotel's guideline
  • Strictly adhere to the time clock rules by clocking in and out according to the scheduled work hours, including during meal breaks.
  • Ability to operate a standard and automatic transmission, if required
  • Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift
  • Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for a long periods of time
  • Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English
  • Integrity and accountability, and respectful to others
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule
