Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through installation and post-sale support.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and engineering teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to discuss ongoing and potential projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to brainstorm and design solutions that meet performance and safety goals.
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and effective.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates on estimates, designs, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure successful installation and customer satisfaction through follow-up and training.
- Represent Tri Star at trade shows, conventions, and industry events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a combination of technical experience that demonstrates equivalent capability.
- Experience in sales is preferable, but we're willing to train the right person.
- 2+ years of experience in mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing (or equivalent technical experience).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week to customer sites as needed.
