Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through installation and post-sale support.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and engineering teams.
  • Conduct regular site visits to discuss ongoing and potential projects.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to brainstorm and design solutions that meet performance and safety goals.
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and effective.
  • Monitor project progress and provide timely updates on estimates, designs, and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure successful installation and customer satisfaction through follow-up and training.
  • Represent Tri Star at trade shows, conventions, and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a combination of technical experience that demonstrates equivalent capability.
  • Experience in sales is preferable, but we're willing to train the right person.
  • 2+ years of experience in mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing (or equivalent technical experience).
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel 2-3 days per week to customer sites as needed.
