Job Overview

We are seeking ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing financial services team. As a Financial Services Agent, you'll help individuals and families protect and build their financial futures through customized life insurance and investment strategies. Our company provides full training and sponsorship for your state life insurance license, along with leadership development to help you build and manage your own team of licensed professionals.

This is an opportunity to earn income while developing valuable business, leadership, and financial skills within a proven system backed by mentorship and support.

Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesClient Services

  • Conduct financial needs assessments to help clients identify their goals in areas such as income protection, debt management, retirement planning, and wealth building.
  • Educate clients on various types of life insurance and financial products offered through the company.
  • Assist clients in applying for and maintaining suitable life insurance coverage and investment accounts.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and policy reviews.

Training & Licensing

  • Complete company-sponsored training and coursework to obtain your state life insurance license.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and sales training sessions.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and company regulations.

Recruiting & Leadership

  • Identify, attract, and onboard new team members who are interested in a career in financial services.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and accountability for team members as they complete their licensing and production requirements.
  • Lead by example through consistent activity, professionalism, and client service.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute team growth goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
