Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our reputable law firm, ANT LAW FIRM, with main offices located in Central Florida. The ideal candidate will possess experience particularly in personal injury law. This role offers an opportunity to handle complex legal cases, conduct thorough legal research, and provide expert counsel to clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing skills, legal drafting expertise, and proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. A background in legal administrative tasks is also preferred.

Duties

  • Represent clients in a wide range of litigation matters across multiple practice areas.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other resources to support case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Analyze case facts and develop effective negotiation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Manage all phases of litigation from initial pleadings through discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations related to estate planning, environmental issues, immigration processes, landlord-tenant disputes, family matters, securities regulations, workers' compensation claims, personal injury cases, patent filings, and tribal laws.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the law office to ensure compliance with legal standards and client needs.
  • Maintain meticulous case files and documentation throughout the litigation process.
  • Stay current on evolving laws and regulations affecting various practice areas to provide accurate counsel.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law.
  • Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.
  • Excellent research skills utilizing Westlaw and LexisNexis for case analysis and legal precedents.
  • Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents such as pleadings and briefs.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks within a busy law office environment.
  • Effective negotiation skills to resolve disputes favorably for clients.
  • Ability to interpret and apply federal and state laws across diverse legal fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in case management. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your expertise can make a significant impact on clients' lives while advancing your professional growth within the legal field.

Pay: $100, $150,000.00 per year
