Orlando, Florida, United States Morgan & Morgan Full time

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we're their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.

Summary

We are seeking an Litigation Innovation specialist to work directly with the Managing Partner of our Complex Litigation and Product Liability team. As Litigation Innovation specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the Managing Partner is up to speed on all litigations. You will be responsible for enabling the Managing Partner to instantly understand the posture, substance, and strategic landscape of any case — from pleadings and discovery through trial prep and expert review.

The ideal candidate bridges the worlds of law, data, and technology: someone who understands litigation deeply enough to know what insights matter, and who can build and orchestrate AI-driven tools and workflows to surface those insights instantaneously.

You don't need to be a lawyer or data scientist. You just need to be technically curious, fast-learning, and obsessed with driving results.

Overview

We're looking for a creative, resourceful problem-solver who loves building AI tools that make work smarter and faster. As the AI Builder & Litigation Enablement Specialist, you'll partner directly with the Managing Partner of a leading plaintiff-side personal injury firm to design and automate systems that help him instantly get up to speed on active cases — from discovery and depositions to expert reports and trial prep.

Your job is to turn messy litigation data (pleadings, transcripts, reports) into smart, AI-powered summaries, dashboards, and tools that help the Managing Partner make better, faster decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Process Automation. Partner with our internal technology team and external vendors to build AI workflows that streamline and automate routine, manual process
  • Case Intelligence. Build AI agents that can analyze case documents (e.g. depositions and pleadings) to highlight key facts, deadlines, and open issues, and generate useful insights.
  • Litigation Enablement. Review and summarize depositions, expert reports, and discovery productions to flag strategic insights or vulnerabilities and inform next steps.

Qualifications

    • 3 - 8 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury, product liability, or complex torts.
  • 2+ years of experience in innovation, legal operations, business analysis, or project management within a professional services, law firm, or tech environment.
  • Experience tinkering with AI and automation tools. Familiarity with APIs and integrations preferred.
  • Strong systems thinker with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, map workflows, and design pragmatic solutions
  • Proven ability to quickly digest and synthesize complex legal information.
  • Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Bias toward action — enjoys building quickly and iterating rather than theorizing.
