Diesel Mechanic/Technician – Heavy/Medium Duty Trucks

Mardela Springs, MD | All Roads Trucks / Kenworth

Are you an experienced mechanic/technician who is enjoys being hands-on and solving problems? Join our growing team in Mardela Springs, MD as a Diesel Mechanic/Technician, where you'll put your mechanical abilities to work diagnosing and repairing commercial trucks. We're looking for dependable techs with a strong work ethic, quick learning ability, and sharp attention to detail. Kenworth experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $27–$37/hour (based on experience)
  • Production bonuses available
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 (for qualified candidates)
  • Full-time, first shift — Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

  • Service, diagnose, and repair diesel vehicles as directed by the Service Manager
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions
  • Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus)
  • Maintain precise documentation of all repairs performed and parts used
  • Communicate with OEM/factory tech support as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior experience diagnosing and repairing diesel vehicles
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
