To provide supervision and training to associates/program participants in the performance of

janitorial/housekeeping duties at designated work sites.

Essential Duties(Other duties within the scope of this position may be assigned.)

The associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department.

1. Ensures that all daily and periodic janitorial tasks are completed as scheduled and according to specified
   
   quality standards.

2. In a timely and accurate manner, completes all necessary paperwork for the shift, customer service
   
   complaints and service tickets.

3. Monitors the use of supplies and equipment. Requests additional supplies as needed using a 'just in time' inventory system.

4. Trains and orientates all associates in proper cleaning techniques, as well as, the rules and regulations of the facility and of Goodwill.

5. High School Diploma or GED required.

6. 1-3 Years' experience in a related field required.
7. No professional certifications are required for this position.
8. The associate is not required to drive as part of their job duties.
9. Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable adjudication on a government background investigation prior to start date. May be required to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance and a sex offender

check.

• No computer skills are required.

Associates are required to follow Goodwill's safety rules and regulations, as outlined in Goodwill's policies.

Managers have the added responsibility to ensure the compliance of their team members.

This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the

Goodwill Privacy policy 10.23 related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to

protect the privacy and security of CI.

• The associate is required to lift up to 50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing

up to 25 pounds.

• The associate works in a moderate work environment with occasional exposure to extreme

atmospheric conditions (temperature, noise, fumes, dust, etc.).

• May be reassigned as needed to other Federal contract or Goodwill work sites.
• The associate may be required to provide assistance with snow removal.
• The associate must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as business needs dictate.
• Working knowledge of floor and carpet maintenance techniques, required.
