Role: HR Associate
Location: Buckhead, Georgia
Workplace Type: We ask all employees to work a hybrid schedule, with a minimum 3x/week in their local office. We welcome employees to utilize office space more than that where possible.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate to join our growing Global People and Culture Team at World 50 Group. This generalist role will be vital in supporting a wide range of HR functions and delivering excellent HR services to our employees across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a versatile self-starter with 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role, excited to support coworkers through all stages of the employee lifecycle. You will be a responsive and highly visible part of the team, dedicated to operational excellence, employee satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Associate will be involved in many aspects of the employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations, including:
- Employee Support: Act as a primary and approachable point of contact for day-to-day employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate with Recruitment, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth and effective onboarding of new hires and the offboarding of departing employees.
- HRIS & Data Management: Maintain the company HRIS with accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employee changes, transfers, and absence data.
- Administrative Processes: Manage the documentation and administrative processes related to employee status changes, such as promotions, raises, internal transfers, and performance management documentation.
- Global Team Support: Provide administrative and project support to the Global HR Team, contributing to company-wide initiatives and ensuring local HR practices align with global strategy.
- Reporting: Utilize a proactive mindset to generate ad-hoc reports and standard headcount/turnover reporting as needed for HR leadership and senior management.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist in communicating, documenting, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Operational Improvement: Focus on operational excellence by identifying and pitching innovative solutions to the HR team to improve internal efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality at all times regarding all employee information and company data.
Who you are/Key skills/Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR, HR Administrator, or similar support role is required.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-starter mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience with an HRIS system (ideally UKG)
