Jr. Financial Analyst (We are looking to fill this position immediately)
At Encanto Restaurants Inc. we're seeking a motivated and analytical Jr. Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and support key business initiatives. The Jr. Financial Analyst will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain and update financial models and dashboards
- Collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Fully bilingual Spanish/English
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis (internships included), preferably in QSR or retail
- Experience in financial modeling and data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP among others) is a must
- Strong analytical and communication -written and verbal- skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
