Compensation Range: $60,000-$85,000/year

We're seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Financial Analyst to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain financial frameworks for tracking, forecasting, and reporting Amazon pass-through bill backs and related vendor reimbursements
• Monitor and model gross profit margins across SKUs, brands, and channels to identify margin drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities
• Analyze pricing strategies and Amazon fees to assess profitability impacts and support data-driven pricing decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Brand, and Operations to ensure alignment on financial insights, reconciliations, and corrective actions
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards that communicate key margin trends, anomalies, and performance insights to leadership
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial data validation to ensure reporting accuracy

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A — retail or e-commerce industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling formulas
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear business recommendations
• Hands-on experience with large datasets, SKU-level margin tracking, or pricing analysis
• Familiarity with ERP and BI tools, such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or Tableau

Compensation Transparency

We've listed a broad salary range of $60,000-$85,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
