The Role: AI Implementation Strategist

As Haast's first U.S. hire on the Customer Success team, you'll partner with Fortune 500 legal, compliance, and marketing teams to help them adopt Haast's AI-native platform, redefining how regulated organisations review, approve, and manage content.

This is a strategic, client facing position driving stakeholder alignment, workflow redesign, and change management to ensure successful platform across complex enterprises.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with enterprise clients to understand their compliance and content review workflows.

  • Design and lead adoption strategies to embed Haast's AI platform across teams.

  • Build trust and engagement with senior legal, compliance, and marketing leaders.

  • Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into actionable adoption plans.

  • Capture client insights to inform product strategy and playbook development.

  • Develop frameworks for scaling AI adoption across regulated enterprises.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Background in management consulting, law (JD preferred), or customer success for enterprise legaltech/regtech SaaS.

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders in regulated industries.

  • Strong understanding of business process design, governance, and change management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, business-first mindset.

  • Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Curious about AI - you may already be exploring tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
