Schedule: 6:45 am to 3:15 pm

Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a talented individual with a passion. As a Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing processes for the production of various.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and implement comprehensive SOPs for production and operational processes.
  • Analyze current manufacturing or service workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Design and test new processes or modifications that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, quality, maintenance) to ensure alignment on process standards.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct time studies, process mapping, and root cause analyses.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing SOPs and leading process optimization projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools, data analysis, and project management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have a HIgh School or equivelent
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
