Finance Intern – Part-Time Opportunity

We're looking for a Finance Intern to join our team and support key finance and accounting functions. This is a part-time internship with the potential to grow into a long-term opportunity.

Pay & Schedule:

  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
  • Flexibility: You may occasionally work more hours with manager approval
  • Start Date: We're looking to fill this role quickly
  • Location: Onsite internship in Manor, TX

What You'll Do:

You'll work closely with our Finance and Accounting leadership team to:

  • Help with forecasting and planning for profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow
  • Support billing and collections processes
  • Assist with account reviews and reconciliations
  • Help post revenues and collections in SAP
  • Contribute to business planning, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Assist with cash flow planning and external financial audits
  • Support analysis of customer chargebacks and cost-saving initiatives
  • Participate in creating a safe and environmentally responsible workplace
  • Perform other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance (ideally a Sophomore or higher)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and eager to learn
  • Interest in a long-term internship
