About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a skilled
Electromechanical Technician
to join the Manufacturing Maintenance team. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electromechanical systems, CNC machinery, and automated production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CNC machines, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical assemblies.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with electromechanical drives, sensors, and automation systems.
• Assist in installing and evaluating new equipment for process optimization.
• Safely handle three-phase power systems and control voltages.
• Operate shop tools, diagnostic, and testing equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance and production.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of CNC equipment, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and HMI systems preferred.
• Skilled in diagnostics and use of precision measuring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, safety awareness, and attention to detail.
