KLA Schools is an innovative preschool inspired by the world-renowned Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education.

We are looking to fill 2 full-time positions. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Assistant Toddler Teacher and a full-time Assistant Infant Teacher at our Boynton Beach location. The hours for both of these positions are Monday thru Friday 9a-6p. Only candidates with at least 1 year of experience working with infants and toddlers will be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works together with a team of enthusiastic individuals dedicated to providing high-quality education
  • Works with small groups of children of varying abilities and interests
  • Supports the classroom environment by keeping the classroom clean and organized
  • Creates and maintains positive relationships with children, families and co-workers
  • Committed to instilling curiosity and confidence in young children.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center
  • Enthusiastic and encouraging
  • Experience in an educational field (early childhood education experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing attitude (required)
  • 45 Hours of Childcare Training (required)
  • Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
  • Bilingual is a plus
