We are currently seeking driven, focused and creative candidates for the Marketing Specialist position to join our Sales and Marketing Team. This is a full-time exempt position. The successful candidate will work full-time at our facility located in Pittsburgh, PA, west of Golden Triangle. 20-30% travel required.

Specific roles and responsibilities for this position include the following:
- Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, and working with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, co-develop, support and execute the North American marketing plan including marketing materials, trade show scheduling and registration, planning and execution to support sales strategy and goals
- Attend trade shows as required
- Co-develop, oversee and manage all marketing collateral
- Manage ongoing market analysis and channel development, identify marketing opportunities and channels that effectively promote H+H SYSTEM
- Participate in joint strategy meetings with US and Austrian counterparts and colleagues
- With the Austrian marketing team, refine and maintain company web shop
- Coordinate and execute brand asset management with Austrian Team
- Perform and/or lead trade show attendee data analysis and post-show follow-up (customer analysis, customer classification, delegation to the respective sales associates, customer contact)
- Monitor and support trade show storage: booth build, tear down and organization
- Create and design trade show booths, associated needs with production, vendors and transport organizations, set up and tear down
- Create product focused, customer facing marketing collateral and customer engagement campaigns
- Maintain social media presence with LinkedIn using Iconosquare and other appropriate tools
- Oversee messaging by crafting email correspondence supporting customer follow up
- Create, schedule, coordinate and post email banners
- Design and execute customer surveys
- Maintain professional organization memberships/associations and define sponsorship opportunities
- Working with internal Subject Matter Experts and customers, create case studies and white papers
- Hold a semi-annual analysis meeting with the colleagues of the sales team
- Assist with the annual marketing budget and track marketing expense
- Significantly contribute to strategic planning with senior leadership
- Provide encouragement for the sales team while coordinating all marketing activities
- Ensure strong staff and customer relations, including Austrian counterparts
- Promote interdepartmental cooperation
- Demonstrate strong hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial know-how, and high energy
Market analysis:
- Conduct market analysis of product information from markets, customers, suppliers, partners
- Collect market intelligence
- Monitor competitors, develop competitor intelligence
Marketing:
- Support development and preparation of annual marketing priorities and activities
- Provide leadership and support to marketing personnel
- Coordinate regularly with H+H European colleagues
- Attend and work at trade fairs with colleagues
- Monitor brochures, flyers, leaflets, catalogs
- Contribute to construction, implementation, and maintenance of online web shop
- Maintain social media content and profiles
- Create, follow up, and maintenance of the above
Internal and external training:
- Participate in internal product training
- Prepare training modules and for new employees training
- Participate in external product training and seminars
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Prior marketing and market experience; social media posting, Brevo, Iconosquare
- Proven coordination of group activities and achievement of goals
- Minimum three-five years in marketing positions with increasing responsibility
- BS Marketing required or Pharmacy Technician with hospital and marketing experience
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in international business
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Marketing experience in medical field
