About the Role

Join a trusted and established automotive dealership where your work directly impacts the customer experience. As an Automotive Maintenance Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our service facilities clean, organized, and safe. A clean shop helps our technicians do their best work and ensures every customer receives top-quality service.

This position requires travel between two dealership locations and offers opportunities to grow within the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service shop and drive area
  • Sweep, mop, and pressure wash service bays and exterior areas
  • Keep customer waiting areas neat and stocked with supplies
  • Empty and manage trash and recycling throughout the facility
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks (bulbs, fixtures, small repairs)
  • Keep cleaning and shop supplies organized and well-stocked
  • Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and entrance areas to a professional standard

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in automotive, janitorial, or facility maintenance a plus
