About Us:

We are a vibrant and multifaceted team led by an entrepreneur who oversees businesses across legal services, real estate, and event production. We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who can bring a blend of legal know-how and administrative coordination to help us stay organized and efficient.

Role Overview:

In this role, you'll assist with legal and administrative tasks, help coordinate event-related details and facilitate communication between the executive and our event team. You'll be the go-to person for keeping schedules, documents, and client details in order while supporting the team to create a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Legal & Administrative Support: Prepare, review, and organize legal contracts and documentation.

· Manage the executive's schedule, maintain to-do lists, and keep them on task with daily priorities.

· Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

· Event Coordination & Organization: Assist in tracking event client details, maintain organized records of event information, coordinate event calendars, and assist with logistical tasks.

· Proofread materials related to events for accuracy and professionalism.

· Provide outstanding customer service throughout the planning process and during events.

· Office & Clerical Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and clerical tasks. Maintain digital and physical filing systems. Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette.

What We're Looking For:

· At least 1-2 years of administrative or paralegal experience.

· A associate's degree or better is required.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency with Mac and iOS systems, spreadsheets, and document tools.

· Strong customer service and communication skills, especially via phone and email.

· Experience managing executive calendars and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

The following experience is not required but would be a bonus:

· Social media management or marketing

· Bookkeeping or accounting system familiarity

· Event coordination or hospitality experience

· Bilingual candidates are highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
