As Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will oversee the physical site operations and ensure regulatory, safety, and quality compliance across all facility-locations. You will be responsible for maintaining secure, efficient and compliant facilities while aligning with Credentia's mission in the credentialing/testing services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of facility operations including site readiness, equipment maintenance, building safety, security systems, and vendor contracts.

Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards, health & safety codes, accreditation requirements and internal policies.

Develop, implement and update facility-related policies, procedures and preventive maintenance programs.

Lead compliance activities tied to the testing/credentialing operations: audits, inspections, documentation, corrective actions and reporting.

Coordinate with operations, quality assurance, IT, HR and regional teams to ensure facility and program compliance with enterprise standards and external regulations.

Monitor and report on facility metrics (downtime, repair response times, safety incidents) and compliance metrics (audit outcomes, non-conformances, corrective action completion).

Plan and execute facility upgrades, expansions or relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to testing services and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Conduct risk assessments for each site (includes physical, regulatory, data-security) and implement mitigation strategies.

Serve as the primary escalation point for facility incidents, audit findings, compliance investigations or operational disruptions.

Train facility staff and onsite teams on compliance protocols, safety procedures and documentation requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Health/Regulatory Compliance or a related field (Master's preferred).

5-7+ years of progressive experience overseeing facility operations and compliance in a regulated environment (healthcare, testing, credentialing services preferred).

Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC), health & safety regulations, accreditation standards and operational best-practices.

Proven experience managing audits, corrective/preventive action programs (CAPA), documentation and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence at senior levels.

Proficiency with metrics, data-analysis, reporting systems and continuous improvement tools.

Ability to travel to sites as needed, manage multiple locations and handle emergent facility/compliance issues.
