About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic, proactive Client Success Manager to be the voice and heartbeat of our client relationships while campaigns are live and our voice AI evolves. You'll over-communicate, anticipate client needs before they're asked, and ensure every engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to completion.

You'll collaborate directly with executives and technical teams to optimize AI performance, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and ensure LiveHuman AI continues to set the standard in voice automation.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communication, expectations, and performance
  • Partner closely with fulfillment and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns
  • Review and optimize voice AI performance data, providing strategic recommendations to enhance results
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with CEOs, founders, and senior executives
  • Translate technical insights into business outcomes that clients can easily understand
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, and long-term client growth
  • Handle challenges swiftly and professionally with clarity, accountability, and empathy

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or performance marketing roles
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with executive-level clients
  • A natural problem-solver who can think independently and make informed decisions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with SaaS platforms, analytics, and CRM systems
  • Understanding of outbound calling campaigns, AI-driven sales, or voice automation is highly preferred
  • High-level sales experience or familiarity with sales processes is a strong plus
