Warehouse Manager

We are a well-established and highly respected leader in the produce distribution industry, recognized for our long-standing commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive, with a proven background in inventory management, distribution, and transportation logistics. This individual will bring strong leadership and organizational skills within a regulated, high-volume distribution environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in every aspect of warehouse operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution of goods.
  • Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure a safe, accurate, and efficient work environment.
  • Enforce company policies and safety regulations to maintain compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety.
  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to support staff development and accountability.
  • Review, verify, and maintain daily warehouse documentation, ensuring timely and accurate data uploads.
  • Administer weekly payroll for warehouse staff and verify timekeeping accuracy.
  • Maintain strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exercise sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficiently.
  • Conduct weekly inventory counts and maintain continuous oversight of inventory accuracy and control.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting, communication, and documentation purposes.
  • Oversee general warehouse property and facility maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
  • Forklift certification required; CDL license preferred.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall operations.

Compensation:

  • Compensation based on experience up to $100,000
