We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist in Franklin, TN

The Admin Specialist will be responsible for optimizing daily activities and the performance of the business and will work to improve the operations of the organization so that we become more effective, efficient and compliant.

Joining this team makes you part of the largest specialty retailer for kitchen and bath in the United States, providing our customers with a the best selection of cabinets, flooring, bath vanities, countertops, backsplashes, knobs and pulls, closet systems and installation.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.

Maintaining policy and procedure documents.

Ensure quality, costs and efficiency of the organization.

Review unassigned HOT leads daily, work with Store/Regional teams to get customers processed quickly.

Review open orders report weekly. Validate stores are fulfilling orders, claim parts, and samples daily.

Review open invoices report, focusing on aging invoices.

Ensure required training classes are up to date, validate forklift certifications.

Work with the Store manager to clear any open RMA s by cancelling or processing.

Review inventory discrepancies reported at store level.

Write SO, PO, and TO s as needed for inventory corrections and/or pullbacks at store level

Confirming stores inventory as needed

Meeting specified metrics on weekly/monthly basis

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

1 year experience in high volume retail setting helpful.

Proficient in MS Excel.
