We are a family dental office located in Whittier. We are looking for a Dental Front Office Assistant that is organized, sociable, reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. MUST BE FLUENT in KHMER (CAMBODIAN). Candidate MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAYS. MUST have great customer service experience. Duties:
- MUST BE FLUENT in KHMER (CAMBODIAN)
- Front desk receptionist will be cross trained with Dental assistants to assist in clinic.
- Clean up dental clinic the end of the day.
- When Office is Busy, help out clinic assistants with setting up and cleaning up rooms.
- Welcome the patients
- Answering calls
- Checking patients in/out
- Scheduling appointment
- Confirm patient appointments
- Checking insurance eligibility
- Submitting pre-authorization to insurances
- Maintain recall list
- Present Treatment plan to patients
Job Descriptions
- Welcome the patients
- Communicate, schedule and confirm appointments for patients. Maintain recall list.
- MUST BE FLUENT in KHMER (CAMBODIAN) (REQUIRED)
- Must be able to work SATURDAY (REQUIRED)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (REQUIRED)
- Basic computer knowledge (REQUIRED)
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States (REQUIRED)
- Front desk receptionist will be cross trained with Dental assistants to assist in clinic (REQUIRED)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience with Open Dental & electronic billing (Preferred)
- Clean up dental clinic the end of the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
