Duties

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Supervise kitchen staff during meal preparation and service to ensure efficiency and adherence to recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
  • Help manage catering events by planning menus and coordinating food preparation for large groups.

Skills
