3Sync Research is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing clinical research team. This position plays an essential role in welcoming participants, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our research clinic.
No prior medical or research experience is required—we will provide full training. What matters most is professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in study participants and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls; assist with patient scheduling and general inquiries.
- Maintain organized appointment calendars and logs for study visits.
- Communicate with study coordinators and medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling flow.
- Handle patient documents and study forms with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with light administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and email communication.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
