Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States Employee Strategies Full time

About Employee Strategies

At Employee Strategies (ES), we help organizations build cultures where people and organizations thrive. We believe that successful organizations don't just have healthy profits; they have healthy people too.

We create cultures that work by combining insight, strategy, and humanity so clients can get better results and enjoy the ride. We're Responsive, Results-Focused, and Fun.

The Opportunity

Do you delight in the details? Do you get energy from helping projects move forward and bringing clarity to complexity? We're looking for a Client Success Coordinator who thrives on focus—whether that's supporting one client with excellence or driving important internal initiatives with creativity and fun.

From day one, you'll coordinate moving parts across client work and internal operations: organizing schedules, keeping tasks on track, supporting culture initiatives (like employee pulse surveys and leadership development programs), and turning information into crisp, usable next steps.

Our culture is fast-paced and entrepreneurial. You'll join a team that values curiosity, candor, and great work done with heart. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail oriented and knows how to move work forward in environments that aren't always simple or straightforward.

What You'll Do

As a Client Success Coordinator, you'll keep many moving parts in sync and help deliver exceptional outcomes for both our clients and our team. You:

  • Thrive on organization and detail.

You bring clarity to complexity and keep multiple client projects moving forward with precision, responsiveness, and reliable follow-through.
- Balance client work and internal operations.

You'll support several client initiatives at once while also driving internal projects and helping keep our office running smoothly—making sure systems, supplies, and structures are in place to support great work.
- Keep people and projects aligned.

You coordinate meetings, communications, and schedules across teams and clients so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Love turning information into action.

You review and organize data to surface meaningful insights, build clear materials, and help clients move from learning to doing. You also leverage AI tools to streamline project coordination—drafting communications, synthesizing notes, and automating workflows.
- Get things across the finish line.

You're closure-oriented, tracking progress and keeping tasks moving—because
done

is better than
started

.
- Adapt and problem-solve on the fly.

You pivot easily as new needs emerge, jump in wherever needed, and bring a resourceful, team-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with warmth and professionalism.

You're responsive, fun to work with, and communicate clearly in both writing and conversation.
- Support event production and logistics.

From planning and vendor coordination to onsite setup and client experience—ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless event.

About You

Experience & Expertise:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in coordination, project management, operations, or client service.
  • Experience supporting event production (live, hybrid, or virtual) including timelines, logistics, collaborative software and vendor management.
  • Skilled with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with precision, responsiveness, and follow-through.
  • Leverages AI to draft communications, organize information, and maintain project momentum.

Bonus points if you can:

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite to polish client-facing materials.
  • Perform intermediate/advanced data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, basic analytics).

Communication & Presence:

  • Clear, concise communicator in writing and presentation.
  • Brings credibility and warmth that helps people get aligned and get moving.
  • Adept at simplifying complex information and creating clarity for others.

Collaboration & Location:

  • Collaborative team member who's also comfortable working independently.
  • Closure-oriented—you love finishing things and seeing results.
  • Wired to jump in and help — we're a small, nimble team that's not afraid to get into the details or take on the unglamorous tasks when they need to be done.
  • Based in Minnesota with ability to be in-office 2–3 days per week and travel to client sites as needed.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Collaborative and flexible work environment built on trust and autonomy.
  • Hybrid schedule with access to the Minneapolis (Linden Hills) office.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • 401K plan.
  • While we don't currently offer a group health plan, we provide a monthly stipend to help offset individual coverage, and we've successfully supported team members navigating the individual market.
  • Regular client-facing work that's both challenging and meaningful.
  • Unlimited paid time off — rest and recovery are part of doing great work.
  • A team that genuinely likes each other (we checked).

What you won't get:

  • Micromanagement (we'll expect initiative and good judgment instead).
  • Layers of approval for every small idea.
  • A uniform or a reserved parking spot that matches your title.
