Job Description:

Morong Falmouth, an established and respected Southern Maine luxury new and used car dealership, is actively seeking to add an additional motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in automotive service or appointment coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.

As a key part of our service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, text, and email to schedule service appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and follow up on outstanding service needs. Your ability to build rapport quickly and professionally will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed service opportunities, and customer follow-ups
  • Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details in the CRM
  • Communicate with service advisors and department staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive service department or BDC/appointment coordinator experience required
  • Comfortable working in a call-driven environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a busy setting
  • Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and CRM tools
