Job Description

As a Product Associate, you'll be a key player on a team dedicated to delivering best-in-class syndicated research that powers major marketing decisions. Your mission? Keep our products sharp, accurate, and ahead of the curve. You'll dive into reference data, fine-tune survey materials for the MRI-Simmons USA Study and related products, and ensure every detail meets our high standards. From verifying data accuracy to monitoring timelines, you'll help keep the engine running smoothly—so our clients always get insights they can trust. This role reports directly to a Product Manager and offers plenty of opportunities to learn, collaborate, and make an impact.

Product Associate Key Accountabilities:

• Review client requests to update USA Study product questionnaire categories.
• Research current and emerging brands and trends.
• Support updates for Kids/Parents recontact questionnaires, track response rates, and report fieldwork progress internally.
• Edit codebooks and check data quality.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate progress clearly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, survey research, or media.
• Proficient with MS Office
• Skilled at multitasking
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communicator

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $48,000-$66,950. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
