Executive Assistant to the Creative Director

A globally recognized Paris-based luxury fashion brand is seeking an
Executive Assistant to support the Creative Director
at its New York headquarters. This role partners closely with design, studio, and cross-functional teams across Paris, NYC, and LA. We're looking for someone polished, organized, and able to navigate a fast-paced creative environment with discretion.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the Creative Director's calendar, meetings, fittings, reviews, and global travel.


• Serve as the primary liaison between the Creative Director and internal/external partners.


• Track seasonal collection timelines, samples, lookbook shoots, and runway prep.


• Coordinate agendas, briefs, and follow-ups for studio and cross-functional meetings.


• Arrange complex international travel (Paris visits, production trips, fashion week).


• Maintain confidential documents, communications, and project priorities.


• Support expenses, invoices, event coordination, and general administrative needs.

Requirements


• 4–5+ years of EA experience supporting senior leadership; fashion or creative industry background preferred.


• Exceptional organization, communication, and prioritization skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment.


• Experience managing complex travel and shifting schedules across time zones.


• High level of discretion, professionalism, and polished presence.


• Proficient in Google Suite and basic project coordination tools.
