Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves working closely with children, adults, and their families to promote positive behavioral outcomes while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards. The BCBA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across services.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and intervention techniques.
  • Ensure patient care adheres to ethical standards, including confidentiality and informed consent.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education methodologies.
  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavioral health interventions.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare documentation practices.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures effectively.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
