About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to join our team for a large-scale
Case Management System modernization project
. This initiative aims to design and implement a
secure, modern, cloud-based system
that enhances efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across multiple business units and technology platforms.

The Senior Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between
business stakeholders and IT teams
, analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and technical development teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead
  requirements elicitation sessions
  through workshops, interviews, process mapping, and user shadowing.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and system improvement.
• Develop, document, and communicate detailed
  functional and non-functional requirements
  , user stories, and business use cases.
• Create
  screen designs, user story maps, and process flow diagrams
  using tools such as Lucidchart or equivalent.
• Define and document
  API service calls
  , including request and response formats, and collaborate closely with development teams to validate API design.
• Create clear
  data flow diagrams
  , illustrating data movement, transformations, and system integrations across multiple environments.
• Facilitate and coordinate
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  , ensuring that systems meet business needs and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain
  end-user documentation
  , including user manuals, training guides, and system process maps.
• Support
  organizational change management (OCM)
  by engaging users and providing training to ensure smooth system adoption.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, QA teams, and end users to ensure timely and within-scope project delivery.
• Track and manage user stories, tasks, and requirements through
  JIRA
  or equivalent project tracking tools.
• Participate in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall development environments, adapting communication and documentation styles accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
  in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum
  3 years of hands-on experience
  in
  data integration and system analysis projects
• At least
  2 years of experience
  in requirements elicitation, documentation, and UAT
• Proven ability to define and collaborate on
  API service designs
• Strong experience creating
  data flow diagrams
  and explaining data movement and storage concepts
• Proficiency in
  Lucidchart
  ,
  JIRA
  , and other documentation or visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in
  large-scale technology transformation
  or
  enterprise software implementation
  projects
• Familiarity with
  case management, workflow, or court management systems
  is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of
  Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Professional certifications such as
  PMP
  ,
  ITIL Foundation
  , or
  CBAP
  (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• Experience with business modeling, user story creation, and backlog management in Agile environments
