We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to support a high-visibility initiative within a large state health organization. This role will focus on evaluating business processes, analyzing program requirements, and supporting multiple operational and technology-driven projects within public health programs.

The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with leadership, program stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to assess needs, define requirements, identify process improvements, and ensure alignment between business operations and technology solutions. This position requires strong communication skills, deep analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.

This is an
onsite position in Austin, Texas
and requires candidates to already live within a 50-mile radius.
