Technical Account Manager - East Coast

Identity / Application Security vendor

Location: East Coast

Salary: Circa $180,000 + equity

Scout Global is partnering with a fast growth Identity / Application Security business who has innovative technology and are changing the game with AI governance usage. We are looking to expand the team with a Technical Account Manager for the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, managing relationships with organizations deploying identity and application security solutions, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing success.
  • Provide post-sales support, including onboarding, configuration, and optimization of their product line.
  • Technical capabilities to engage in pre-sales technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC). Experience in Pre-Sales is a big benefit but not essential if you have strong technical capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and working closely with high touch accounts.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, contributing to feature prioritization and roadmap development.

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years experience working for a Identity / Application Security vendor. Alternatively Start-up experience is a big plus.
  • Must have experience in either a TAM, CSM or Pre-Sales position previously.
  • Proven success in customer retention.
  • Soft Skills: Client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, technical storytelling.
