The Business Office Manager is responsible for managing all business office functions, including resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll coordination, and financial reporting. This role ensures compliance with state, federal, and company policies while providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.

  • Accounts Receivable Review and Collections
  • Sage Accounting Software (Peachtree)
  • Electronic Banking Systems
  • Point Click Care (PCC) Experience good to have.
  • Financial Approval of New admissions/Move-ins
  • Experience with AHCCCS/ALTCS
  • Payroll reporting and On-boarding of new hires.
  • Resident Invoicing
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Food Handlers Card
  • Two Step TB
  • Dementia Training (must be obtain within 30 days of hire)

Additional Information:

Salary: Commensurate with experience
