  • SALARY: 60k plus bonuses
  • 10 days/ year of PTO (starts after 180 days)+ Holidays (Pay will be deducted for additional days missed.)

We have a highly energetic and successful organization. We are looking for someone to organize our pipeline and consistently push our deals to the closing. There is opportunity for growth as we rapidly scale our marketing and revenue.

***Must be able to juggle multiple files and solve problems***

Medium size real estate team is seeking an experienced full time transaction coordinator.

-experience is key as we are looking for someone who can take the role immediately and requires minimal training.

-Experience working for a title company or a title insurance company is ideal

Responsibilities:

-Hours: Monday through thursday: 9-6 PM, Friday 9-5:45

-Lunch Break (30 Min Max)

  • communication with buyers, sellers, listing agents, and title companies.

  • keeping track of inspection periods, and closing dates.

-keeping track of final walkthroughs.

  • assessing title issues and trying to resolve them.

Requirements:

-must be quick on their feet.

-must understand real estate wholesaling; prefereably experienced with working with investors.

-must understand real estate contracts and lingo.

-must have good computer skills.
