Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales - Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calling and warm calling techniques to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and experience in B2C sales or telemarketing. This position offers an opportunity to develop your business development skills within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, utilizing CRM software such as HubSpot to manage leads and customer interactions.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage in effective communication to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
- Schedule appointments and follow-up with potential clients to ensure engagement and qualification
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments within CRM software like Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Utilize telemarketing and inside sales techniques to build relationships and expand the customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities through research and outreach
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Proven experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot or other CRM platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently, including warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing leads and appointments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Business development acumen with a proactive approach to generating new opportunities
