Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a strong passion for customer service and vehicle care in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service advising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both retail and fleet accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians.
  • Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.
  • Provide cost estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate with parts and service departments to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Manage fleet service accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive service advisor experience.
  • Prior parts experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and strong phone etiquette.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service and build lasting customer relationships.
