They are seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to join their growing finance and operations team in New York. This role is a hybrid of strategic finance, business analytics, and data-driven decision support. The analyst will partner directly with senior business leaders across enterprise software, tokenization, and network operations to inform strategic direction, optimize investments, and drive performance in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forward-looking financial and operating models that guide capital allocation, pricing, and strategic planning across business lines
• Partner with commercial, product, and operations leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and measure the financial impact of new initiatives
• Develop and enhance management reporting and dashboards using advanced analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Analyze and synthesize complex data sets from both traditional financial systems and decentralized sources to uncover trends and inform decision-making
• Support quarterly reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy across consolidated results and performance metrics
• Provide insights on market developments, token economics, and broader financial trends that influence business performance
• Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve analytical frameworks, and streamline reporting across global operations

Preferred Experience and Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a similar discipline
• Advanced financial modeling skills and fluency in Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools is a major plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and working cross-functionally with both technical and business teams
• Intellectual curiosity about the intersection of finance, markets, and technology
