JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Analyst in Kinexys, you work closely with the Product team to provide insights and data to support a product within a function, such as an application, system, or discipline. Gain exposure in product management, product delivery, and product portfolio operations to help prepare you for a thriving career at JPMorgan Chase.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
  • Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
  • Assists in research and data collection
  • Manages and maintains Client Relationship Management software to ensure accurate and up to date client information
  • Generates sales reports, performance metrics, and pipeline reports to support business development and decision making

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain area or project management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Understanding of basic analytics tools
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
