What you'll do:

The Contracts Specialist is responsible from every phase of direct bill contract development from researching the legal regulations to negotiating the terms and preparing the documents. He or she may collaborate with a legal team or work independently to evaluate bids and draft documents. Contract Specialist is also responsible for assisting clients to terminate contracts on favorable terms.

As a Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Contract drafting and review: Preparing and revising contract documents, including terms and conditions, to align with company needs and legal requirements.
  • Vendor management: Identifying potential vendors, evaluating bids and proposals, and negotiating contract terms with suppliers.
  • Compliance oversight: Ensuring contracts adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Contract administration: Tracking contract performance, managing amendments, and resolving contractual disputes.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with internal teams like procurement, legal, and operations to facilitate contract execution.
  • Cost analysis: Evaluating pricing structures and negotiating favorable contract terms.
  • Risk assessment: Identifying potential risks within contracts and mitigating strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with excellent academic credentials
  • 3+ years of contract or direct customer experience
  • Strong attention to detail
