IntelliSource is searching for a Field Service Engineer to join our biotech partner's team. In this role you will work at a variety of labs, so having an appetite for continuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables is key.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include on-site installation, troubleshooting of hardware, and routine preventative maintenance and qualification services. Job focus will be on customer satisfaction by providing customers with high quality services. Other responsibilities include managing parts, timely submission of service reports, providing feedback to manufacturing divisions, working with sales force, and maintaining up to date technical knowledge for assigned products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree within the science field – e.g. Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Bioengineering
  • 2 to 5 years analytical laboratory experience.
  • Cell Analysis, cell culture, and RNA/DNA amplification/purification are a plus.
  • BioTek Microplate Washer, Bravo Automated Liquid Handling Platform, TapeStation, Bioanalyzer
  • Planning, problem solving, and communication skills to function with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful, and timely
  • You have a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to travel
