We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our U.S. Service Team. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, traveling, and learning new technologies. You'll work under the guidance of senior Field Service Engineers to install, maintain, and repair laboratory instruments across the U.S.

This position offers a clear career path to Field Service Engineer (FSE) with structured training, mentorship, and technical certifications.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with instrument installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs
  • Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Document service activities in Salesforce
  • Maintain accurate parts and tool inventory
  • Provide excellent, professional customer support

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support
  • Mechanical/electrical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organization
  • Associate's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 80–90% (overnight travel required)
  • U.S. passport or ability to obtain one

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
