What You'll Do

  • Transform inquiries into tours — and tours into leases

  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and residents

  • Showcase apartment features, amenities, and the lifestyle our community offers

  • Support marketing efforts, outreach, renewals, and resident satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate documentation, compliance practices, and CRM entries

  • Represent Cantera Apartments with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride

What We're Looking For

  • A sales-driven personality with strong people skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Flexible availability (including weekends & occasional evenings)

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license & current auto insurance
