Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Junior Account Executive. In this position, you will manage and grow client accounts, build strong relationships with customers, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure project success. You will assist with client communications, provide quotes, and follow up on job progress. The role involves supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a high blevel of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Account management and customer relations skills for building and sustaining client partnerships
- Sales experience, including identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts and projects efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus
- Previous experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
