The Technical Support Engineer at Radix plays a critical role in ensuring customer success and operational excellence. This position is responsible for delivering world-class technical support, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, and serving as the first line of defense for troubleshooting complex issues. Beyond resolving problems, the role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, reducing downtime, and enabling adoption of Radix solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional communication skills, is passionate about problem-solving, continuous improvement, and creating a positive customer experience. This role also collaborates closely with software development, product management, and operations teams to identify recurring issues, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure Radix maintains its reputation for reliability and innovation.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
