Our company is hiring an AT&T Representative to serve as the face of cutting-edge technology in a residential environment. Our purpose is to help providers create strong customer connections through knowledgeable, reliable interactions that build trust in the sales process. Through these informative conversations and a commitment to clear communication, we are able to ensure long-term market visibility and sales success.

This AT&T Representative role is focused on customer interaction and consistent goal achievement, and is ideal for individuals who thrive in interpersonal environments and want their effort to directly impact their success. You'll be expected to deliver in-home demonstrations, consult on device selection, and close device sales at in-person appointments.

AT&T Representative Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled residential visits and present cell phones with clear, hands-on demonstrations.
  • Assess household needs and recommend the exact phone model and accessories that solve resident pain points.
  • Close sales in-home, complete accurate customer information, and manage immediate device handoffs where applicable.
  • Provide device setup assistance, transfer contacts, and show core features to ensure immediate value.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up on leads, missed appointments, and upgrade cycles to build repeat business.
  • Collaborate with teammates to optimize neighborhood coverage and referral pathways.
  • Stay current on device launches, trade-in values, and local availability to maximize close rates.
  • Maintain professional conduct and respect for resident privacy during all field interactions.

AT&T Representative Qualifications and Abilities

  • Comfortable with direct residential sales

  • Able to handle basic objections and close sales
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Flexible availability for appointments
  • Willingness to learn and follow coaching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $58,000.00 per year
