Description: The primary objective of this position would be to plan, prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation in the manufacturing of our chemical delivery systems, along with the coordination of day-to-day activities of active manufacturing projects, under the direction of the Director of Operations, providing consultation with internal department managers and outside vendors. This person would be responsible for ensuring that written and verbal communication is properly distributed among managers, vendors, suppliers, and customers aiming for flawless project execution. The position requires creating and maintaining reports as well as carrying out other liaison-related duties as necessary. Liaison duties include coordinating activities, resources, equipment and information; meeting with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives; making certain that clients' needs are met as the project evolves. Involves hands-on chemical delivery systems manufacturing, installation, trouble shooting, and help desk activities.

Responsibilities:

· Support Original Equipment Manufacturing processes and assist in chemical delivery systems builds.

· Develop OEM projects under the direction of the Director of Operations and provide weekly project updates. Research and development of chemical delivery systems being part of this process.

· Assist with ERP system input and maintenance to include bill of material development.

· Develop and maintain quality systems checks in ERP system.

· Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.

· Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise.

· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.

· Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.

· Report and escalate issues to Director of Operations as needed.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

· Develop and maintain pertinent ISO and Quality Procedure system documentation and monitoring for Operations department.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in project management related field.

· Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.

· Experience in commercial water treatment, plumbing, electrical, and PLC programming.

· Strong mechanical engineering background.

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Advanced hand and power tool knowledge.

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.

· PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

· Reliable transportation and a clean driving record - the company reimburses for automobile expenses

· Strong mechanical aptitude
