Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, focusing on inventory management, logistics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and experience with various warehouse systems.

Duties

  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project and Client Service Invoicing.
  • Manage RMA's and returns for service or replacement.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
  • Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting as required for various tasks.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
  • Maintain mechanical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
  • Engage in logistics planning to optimize the flow of goods within the warehouse.

Experience

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or as a Warehouse Supervisor is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory control practices and logistics operations.
  • Experience with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Quickbooks inventory management or D-tools software is beneficial.
  • Previous experience managing Fleet Vehicles is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
